The vineyards of Château La Grâce Dieu Les Menuts extend across 16 hectares, 65% of which are planted with Merlot, 30% with Cabernet Franc and 5% with Cabernet Sauvignon.

Quality and tradition based on heritage
At Château La Grâce Dieu Les Menuts the focus is on optimising production and bringing to the fore the characteristics of the distinct terroirs of the estate.
Gentle pruning, debudding, manual green harvest so as not to harm the upcoming harvest, thinning out the leaves to achieve perfect fruit maturity, canopy management and weeding to achieve the benefits of the sun.
Following the harvest comes vinification, itself kept in line with the tradition of the estate
